What kind of prizes are we talking about here? Like computer parts and stuff?
(obv the 1st prize in the WCG quals is a trip to the final)

If so, does this mean Warcraft Three Frozen Throne is only WCG this year?

Yes AC = Asian Championship
Sadly WC3 was not selected by Singapore to have WC3 in the Asian Championship this year, so yes WC3 is only going to the GF if it meets the numbers required.
